LUX continues to develop and maintain more than 100 active relationships with local farmers, producers, wineries, distilleries, breweries, artisans, and a variety of other vendors.
We are constantly pushing the envelope to add more local businesses to our list of friends and partnerships.
Because of this outreach and collaboration, we pride ourselves on our ability to create unique customized menus for our clients, bringing them exactly the flavor they are looking for while taking full advantage of the region’s most flavorful offerings.
At LUX, our focus is on quality – all of the menus we create are made from scratch in our state-of-the-art kitchens and bakery. Our chefs work around the clock creating the most innovative and divine cuisine.
In addition to our culinary team, we have an incredible team of Event Chefs who cook on-site when possible to ensure our meals are hot, fresh, and delicious.
We take pride in customizing our menus to accommodate dietary needs and allergies including vegan, vegetarian, Kosher style, gluten free, dairy free, and many others.
