Do you offer contactless floral delivery?
The safety of our team and customers is of the utmost importance to us, so we do offer contactless delivery. Our drivers will notify the recipient approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival, then will deliver the floral arrangement or gift at a safe distance abiding by CDC guidelines.
Can you offer custom floral arrangements?
Absolutely! Our innovative floral designers thrive on custom creations. Give us a call to discuss a custom arrangement, wedding or event flowers, office plant needs and more—we can do it all!
When ordering floral arrangements online, does everything come exactly as-is in the image?
As we’re working with all-natural products, sometimes we do need to rely on substitutions to provide you with the most beautiful, high-quality arrangement possible. Our LUX team makes every effort to maintain the exact style of the arrangement, but we may need to switch out different flowers or colors to complete your piece. We will try to get in touch before production so you can approve the substitutions.
Do you offer gifting options other than floral arrangements?
