With a plethora of options available we wanted to share a few local venues that are equipped for larger events and we love working with!

The Union Event Center

Capacity: 3500 | Location: 235 North 500 West, Salt Lake City, UT

The Union Event Center provides a high capacity venue, flexible space, three full-service bars, upper-level club area, professional stage and audio equipment, and a convenient location near downtown with public transportation nearby. This industrial space gives you a modern feel but is versatile enough to decorate for your event’s theme as desired. The Union can seat 600 guests, while still leaving you space on the upper level for a cocktail hour, silent auction, or any other exciting pre or post event activities you can think of. The Union holds a liquor license making it one of the few venues in the Salt Lake Valley that can accommodate a cash bar without pulling your own permit.

Natural History Museum of Utah

Capacity: 400 flowing, 270 seated | Location: 301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT

The Natural History Museum of Utah is an inspired architectural wonder in the foothills above Salt Lake.
The Canyon Room space has formal seating for up to 270 guests, 400 standing, and the venue could accommodate up to 1000 guests with a buy-out of the entire museum.
This venue features breathtaking views of the valley, modern styling and design, and world-class exhibits, which combine to make this one of Utah’s premiere venues. NHMU offers five levels of unique event space customizable for any event.
We have produced spectacular events in this space, from elegant weddings to innovative corporate events, this cutting-edge venue is sure to stun you and your guests!

The Grand Building at The Utah State Fairpark

Capacity: 4000+ | Location: 155 North 1000 West, Salt Lake City, UT

With 2 sprawling floors, an abundance of open space, high ceilings, lots of natural light, large chandeliers suspended over a dance floor, stunning architectural details, and ample parking, the Grand is one of Utah’s hidden historical gems when it comes to event spaces. Perfect for large conferences, company parties, and galas, the Grand makes for a unique and interesting event space for large guest counts. The Grand offers a nearly blank slate with unlimited potential for a variety of events, themes, styles, and designs.

The Pioneer Building at The Utah State Fairpark

Capacity: 500 | Location: 155 North 1000 West, Salt Lake City, Utah

The Pioneer Building has 5,400 square feet of space for any type of event! With hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, natural light, and outdoor space this elegant space can fit 500+ guests for your event.

Grand Hall at The Gateway

Capacity: 1000 | Location: 400 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT

As one of Utah’s most historic and prestigious venues, The Grand Hall inside the Union Pacific Depot is perfect for conventions, weddings, and corporate events. We love the blank canvas – it’s perfect for any event. Whether it’s a themed party, an elegant formal dinner, or a large wedding with dancing and fun, there are dozens of layouts to create the perfect atmosphere. The large stained-glass mural windows tell the famous story of “East Meets West” at Utah’s Golden Spike and the turn-of-the-century flooring and ticket windows are the real deal! Located in the heart of downtown.
