It’s National S’Mores Day! Our mouths are watering thinking of this classic, sticky, chocolatey dessert. Today, we are having a flashback to this awesome event titled “Fire + Ice” that featured an interactive and guest-approved S’mores Bar Action Station.
It’s National Chocolate Cake Day and we are enjoying a hearty helping of our delicious and rich Texas Fudge Cake! This chocolate cake is an easy recipe that is sinfully delicious and a favorite request in our bakery from both our clients for events as well as our staff for their birthdays. You can also, instead of using a 9″ x 13″ pan, you can pour the batter into two 8″ cake rounds and make a beautiful round cake – still pour the warm frosting over the chocolate cake but before you do, fill between the layers with strawberries, whipped cream or jam. Either way you make it, enjoy!

It’s National Popcorn Day and we are celebrating by enjoying a hearty serving of our easy and delicious White Chocolate Popcorn! This is an incredibly easy recipe that is absolutely addictive – once you start, you won’t stop eating it. While we are cheating (it doesn’t actually use popcorn!), it is consistently one of our favorite desserts we offer.
