Substitution Policy

LUX will make every effort to maintain the style and coloring of an arrangement, however, because we are working with natural products there may be variations. Variations may include, but are not limited to color, flower, or overall design. We may have to substitute certain flowers due to seasonal and local availability.

When it comes to substitutions we will attempt to contact you before production of the item begins. In the event we cannot make contact with you prior to production we will proceed with a substitution to ensure your gift is delivered in the time expected.

If a novelty container becomes unavailable, our designers will provide recommendations to you before production begins. In the event we cannot make contact with you on the day of production we will proceed with a substitution to ensure your gift is delivered.

Delivery Policy

If an order is placed before 3pm MST on a weekday, the item qualifies for same-day delivery. If an order is placed on or after 3:01pm MST on a weekday, the item will be delivered on the next available business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be produced and delivered on the next business day.

Deliveries go out between 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We will contact the recipient prior to delivery to confirm they are available to receive their gift. Please notify us if you do not want us to contact them prior to delivery.

Your delivery fee includes LUX making two attempts to deliver, in the same delivery window, additional fees may apply for more attempts. In the event we can not deliver on the requested date we will update you. If necessary, we may leave deliveries with agreeable neighbors with notification to the recipient where the delivery is to ensure your gift is delivered on the requested day.

You may request special delivery before 12pm, or before 3:00pm for a $26.00 service fee. If you have a special occasion and would like us to deliver within a one hour timeframe please contact us directly, we are happy to do our best to make accommodations to help you celebrate special occasions.

Contactless Delivery

The safety of our guests is very important to us. During these times we are offering contactless delivery and pick up. We are following all CDC guidelines for safety preparations to ensure the safest production. Our driver will notify the recipient when we are 20-30 minutes away. Upon arrival we will let them know their gift has arrived and leave the product where instructed. We will distance ourselves and wait until the gift is retrieved.

Replacements

LUX produces all creations with the highest quality flowers and elements. Our commitment to excellence is evident, and we ensure the quality of our products. If we haven't met your expectations in some way, please call us to work out a resolution. We want your experience to be one you'll want to repeat often with us!

Additional Information

If credit card information is wrong or the payment is declined, your order will not be produced or delivered until you contact LUX and the payment is processed successfully.

In the event we have been supplied with the wrong delivery information, we will not be held accountable, and no refund will be made. We can arrange redelivery with the cost of a new delivery fee.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us directly by phone at 801-803-5648. If the order has already been produced or is out for delivery, changes cannot be made.
