It’s National Chocolate Cake Day and we are enjoying a hearty helping of our delicious and rich Texas Fudge Cake! This chocolate cake is an easy recipe that is sinfully delicious and a favorite request in our bakery from both our clients for events as well as our staff for their birthdays. You can also, instead of using a 9″ x 13″ pan, you can pour the batter into two 8″ cake rounds and make a beautiful round cake – still pour the warm frosting over the chocolate cake but before you do, fill between the layers with strawberries, whipped cream or jam. Either way you make it, enjoy!
