Planning a wedding can be an incredibly joyous time, but it can also be a stressful one! LUX is your partner in creating a seamless day for you and your guests. Whether you’ve hired us for catering only or we’ve worked together to design all of the aspects of your day, such as – rentals, florals, wedding cake, food, etc, we’re here to help you through it all! 

We’ve got you covered on most aspects of your day, however a timeline is something you will want to create and share with your other vendors, such as photographer, videographer, DJ, officiant, etc. We’ve created a sample timeline to give you an idea of what to include on yours! Hopefully this helps you keep your wedding day stress free, on-time, and FUN! Because after all, this is a day all about you and your love!

9:30am – bridesmaid hair and makeup begin

12:00pm – bride hair and makeup begin

1:30pm – photographer arrives

2:00pm – getting ready photos begin

2:30pm – florals arrive

3:00pm – first look photos

3:30pm – LUX arrives at venue

4:00pm – bridal/groomal party photos

5:00pm – DJ arrive

5:30pm – guests arrive

6:00pm – ceremony begins

6:20pm – ceremony ends

6:20pm – guests move to cocktail hour 

6:30pm – cocktail hour begins

6:30pm – family photos begin

7:00pm – bridal photos 

7:15pm – bride and groom to cocktail hour

7:30pm – cocktail hour ends

7:30pm – dinner begins 

7:50pm – toasts begin

8:15pm – dinner ends

8:15pm – cake cutting 

8:20pm – first dance

8:23pm – father/daughter dance

8:26pm – mother/son dance

8:30pm – dessert and dancing begins

9:30pm – bouquet/garter toss 

9:30pm – LUX clean up

10:30pm – send off

10:30pm – photographer to leave
